Biking Tour In The High Atlas Mountains 10 Days

An amazing mountain bike tour through the spectacular surroundings Toubkal Massif (4,167 m), the highest mountain in Morocco and across northern from Africa. A good option to complement your trekking or adventure trip by Morocco, this area after discovering pedaling.

Itinerary biking tour in the hight atlas

Day 1 : Arrive Marrakech

Arrival in Marrakech, collected by our correspondent and transfer to hotel. Accommodation.


30 km mountain bike.
Breakfast at the hotel. At 08:00 hours they picked up at the hotel. Moving in Tizgin drive to Khmissa. From this point the route will begin cycling. Ouadar Imi pass through and reach the village of Teurken (1,850 m), where They have lunch. Then we continue our journey through the Berber village Ait Aatman until the people Anamrou (1,800 m). Dinner and overnight in gîtes d’etape.

After breakfast we start the second stage of mountain biking. We pass by the Anerni village, cross the pass of Tizi N’fourna (2,200 m) and descend you through several villages on: Infagen – Igourdan – Angal – Ait Hamed – Tafgart – Tizgui – Ameghras to reach Ait Ziteune (1,000 m). Lunch on the way. Dinner and overnight at family home or gites d’etape.

Days 4 : AIT ZITEUNE TSSA Wirgane

45 km mountain bike
After breakfast, we begin the third stage of mountain biking. We cross the following Berber villages: Tograman – Tiferwin – Wizilen – Agdour n’kik. We arrive at Dish called kikr – Tizi Wado (1,700 m) Lunch in the village of Asni. Then lunch, continue to the village Tsaa Wirgane (1,400 m) where we stay. Dinner and overnight at family home or gites d’etape.

Days 5 : TASSA Wirgane – Mzik

35 km mountain bike
After breakfast we will bike through the villages of Marigha, Tinzerte and Tagadert Ait Ali, for lunch. Then we climb up the valley d ‘Ait Mizan through the famous village of Imlil (1.750 m) and follow up Mazik up to 1,800 m). Dinner and overnight in gîtes d’etape.

Days 6 : Mzik – Imsker – Tansghart

32 km mountain bike.
Breakfast and start the bike path. We pass Imlil, Ait Suka and Tamatert. We arrived at the pass of Tizi n’Tamatert (2,300 m). Then we descend directly through the valley of Iminen and we will find more Berber villages as Tachdert, Ouanskra, Tamgist, Ikiss and Amsakrou. Lunch in the village Arg. Then we continue to the village of Imsker. Dinner and overnight in family home or gites d’etape in Tansghart (1,300 m).

Days 7 : Tansghart – Oukaimden

30 km mountain bike
We have breakfast and begin this new stage on the rise. We pass through Ifran. Then we continue along a zigzag mountains reaching the valley and Ousertek We continue ascending in zigzag up to the neck Oukaimden (1,700 m) Lunch on the way. Dinner and overnight shelter Oukaimden.

Days 8 : Oukaimden – Ourika valley – MARRAKECH

43 km mountain bike
After breakfast, we will begin the final stage of mountain biking. Descend for zig-zag path up to the Ourika Valley, where we have lunch. In the afternoon, transfer by car to Marrakech. Accommodation.


Breakfast. Free day to visit the city of Marrakech.
